I am sorry for the problems you had during your stay with us and thank you for reporting them to help us improve
our service. I inquired about the room you were given and it appears it was our mistake but unfortunately it was impossible for us to meet your requirement when you checked-in as there were no more vacancies at the time. Apart from the mountain view do hope you appreciated the comfort of that room and the special care we give to pampering our guests.
As far as the wifi connection is concerned, please be assured that we did our utmost so that the internet access provider solved the technical problem as soon as possible but I cannot deny the inconvenience.
Consequently, as it is impossible for US not to meet our guests' expectations we are looking forward to having you at the hotel and having the pleasure to offer you a free access for two persons to our outstanding spa during your stay.
